If the 'money' is followed then it is easy to find who owns the MSM, and then the vested interest in MSM stories that deride BTS and other crypto currencies.

The global banking cartel do not want a decentralised system of 'value' transfer to happen, else they would lose control of the global population. We would no longer be slaves to their counterfeiting operations.

There is a lot at stake, probably around 80% of global wealth is owned or controlled by a very select few, and it is these people who own the MSM.

So when we read scant details, that are played down, about a German or Malaysian bank fraud, or about off shore accounts of dubious nature, the fact that fiat 'money' was involved is never the main focus of the article.

Bank robbers usually steal cash notes, fraudsters drain digital fiat from unsuspecting victims and again the 'money' or the fact that it was fiat is not a main issue or rarely even makes the article, and never the head line.

So why does BTC garner so much attention and become the focus of any crime, when the crime itself should be the focus? Simply because the cartel want to pain crypto in a bad light, the actual crimes are simply a vehicle for them to do so.
