I was opportuned in my secondary school to do a bit of pottery, I know that first you get your clay( to the quantity you desire), then get a plain wood, place the clay on the wood, sprinkle water on it and then you start moulding.
I remember breaking mine many times cause I was not getting my desire shape, and start remoulding again. Little did I know I was learning a principle of GROWTH and PATIENCE.
Growth is an increase in size or it could be a positive change. It is never easy but always pays off handsomely. We go through situations each day that looks unbearable and excruciating, but note challenges come not to break us but to shape and strengthen us.
After moulding the final stage is the introduction of heat, without heat it will melt, heat is what brings out the beauty.
In life never run away from tough situations, like the saying goes 'when the going gets tough, only the tough get going'.
At the very end everyone admires the beautiful pottery not minding the journey. So always give thanks for where you are and be hopeful for a brighter tomorrow.
