I am re-using a graphic. We need to work really hard to be positive during these times. I believe we need to try and stay as normal as possible. How am I doing that. It is not easy. But keeping on with my No Excuses and getting my blog post done, my video blog post done, my actifit post done. These are all things I can control.
Speaking about vblog, sorry about the one yesterday, not my best work.
So what did I do on first full day of underemployment yesterday?
I got out of bed around the same time as always (well extra hour of sleep, same as today). I did my blog post. I worked my Click Track Profit a little bit. Hoping to get much more into that now. What is different? I am doing a lot of odds and ends around the house that I have been putting off. Getting to spend more time with my wife (that is fantastic) and watching some news and updates from my Provence and Federal Governments.
I have filed my Employment Insurance with our Federal Government, that should pay me 55% of my regular wages. Not good but during these times I also managed to get my insurance for my car payments to kick in and my bank is going to defer my mortgage. So all should be okay.
With the wife's immune system compromised and her mother in her 80s I am now the "go get" person. I need to make a run into town in a bit, a few things the wife need and a few things "just in case".
So as usual I will run down some numbers on COVID-19.
Newfoundland. We had 11 new cases yesterday bringing our total to 35. 1131 people have been tested. We are a Provence of just over 500,000 if that gives you any type of perspective. No one in hospital yet!
Canada: Total cases 2,792 New yesterday+701 Total Deaths 26 New yesterday +2
I have to be concerned about the lack of testing, community spread that these numbers no were reflect the true spread.
World: Total cases. 422,552 New Yesterday: 43,815 Total deaths: 18,890 New deaths yesterday: 2,384
So there you have it. My personal report and the COVID-19 report for the day.
I just, again, want to encourage you all to keep pushing on with your online life and business. It really bugs the shit out of me that during a pandemic like this that we have to worry about money and the economy but we do. And by working your online business now, you and me will be better off once we get to the other side of the pandemic and get life back to normal. When ever that may be.
