Ever since the Monkeygland Sauce recipe (see that recipe here), I've had many requests for more sauce and spice recipes. Unfortunately a lot of these recipes are competition recipes and can't be shared... however, I did come across this really lekker Cajun spice recipe that I wanted to share with you.
Of course it's not really a braai if you aren't actually braaing anything, and a handful of spice doesn't really fill the tummy... so in this episode I use it on some pork steaks and chops. For an extra little twist, I gave them a quick sear in a honey & butter mix before they went to the grill.
tip: don't use as much butter and honey as I did in the video... the idea is for a glaze and a light sear... not a rinse :P
Liked the video/Recipe? Maybe you thought it was crap?
Either way, let me know in the comments below.

Do you have any recipes or ideas that you would like to see me try out? Let me know in the comments below and if I use your idea there will be a reward in it for you. I don't know what that reward is just yet... but there will be a reward, and it will be cool (public high-5's are cool, right?) ;-)
