Starting prep for a big weekend!
We've got 2 very popular artists performing at one of my Bistros this weekend and we're expecting huge crowds for both Friday & Saturday.
So here I'm busy prepping some smoked chicken for one of our menu items: Smoked Chicken Mayo Vetkoek
Dunno what a Vetkoek is? It directly translates as "Fat Cake" and is basically deep fried dough (Wiki explains it like this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vetkoek)... fill that with some smoked chicken&mayo and you'll be licking your lips for days to come... YUMMY!!!
