The problem with bypass surgery is if you don't fix the psychological reason why you eat so much it will likely fail just like the water fast. I've seen a few people that has happened to with the surgery. Is Thai food in Thailand as greasy as it is in the US. They use so much oil that it isn't something I like to eat very often. Even though the flavors are always amazing.
