Ordered an epic ramen today. It's my latest obsession - been having almost a daily ramen craving. This flavor isn't spicy, but rather its very .. milky. They used full fat milk to cook the ramen noodles and topped it up with some mushrooms, caviar and some this lump of black that tastes like truffles. was pretty darn amazing.
