First, I will wash the Atap rice very well and soak it for 20 minutes. I will remove it from the water. Now I will add date molasses, salt, and water as required. I will blend everything together in a blender jar for about 5 minutes. This will make a very nice batter. I am showing you how the batter will look like. There is no need to add any hot water here. The batter will already get hot when blended. So I have a perfect batter. And with this batter, I will make fulko fulko tel pitha.

I will put a pot on the stove and add sufficient amount of soybean oil in it. This pitha must be fried in deep oil. If you want to make the pitha bigger, you need to add batter with a large spoon and if you want to make it smaller, you need to add batter with a small spoon. I took a medium-sized spoon and the pithas turned out to be exactly medium-sized. I said Bismillah and added the batter first. Alhamdulillah, the pitha turned out to be very fluffy. I turned it upside down and back and forth. In the meantime, a beautiful color has also come out. This is exactly how I made all the writings.
