I was walking along the coastline this afternoon, with a bunch of friends ...
... the weather was nice, and although the emphasis was on being social, on talking and joking, not photographing ...
... I took a few shots along the way ...
... you know - the usual stuff ...
... flowers ...
... insects ... stuff like that.
We spent some time sitting on the beach ... and we put together a nice little collection of dead crabs found in the surrounding sand ... these three species looked pretty cool together, like in an open - air museum ... so I took this shot ... that is meant to be like some kind of souvenir to bring home and leave the crab shells there in the inlet ... although ...
... one of us decided to take home something bigger ...
... a piece of driftwood ...
... that will be useful in the garden.
In this seasonal abundance of flora & fauna, the ticks also abound. Surprisingly, this time we didn't get any. I mean, I got this one to pose for this shot, but that's all.
At one point, I don't remember exactly where and when, I found this interesting three - flower structure. I don't know what plant is this.
The minuscule black pollen beetle was enjoying the pollen in the center of a nearby flower ...
... and on the top of some grass ...
... I photographed this colorful soft - winged flower beetle.
And that's it ... it was a long walk, but I didn't take many photographs, so the post has to end here - THE END.
As always in these posts on HIVE, the photographs are my work.
