I don't know if insects dream, but humans surely do and insects can appear in those dreams.
I remember many of my own dreams that include these little pests 馃榾and sometimes they are the main protagonists.

When I really dream and Photoshop isn't involved in the process, I usually dream of strange exotic insects that look like tropical species or something not of this world.
Sometimes, the insects in my dreams are giant. But never scary. I don't remember scary dreams with insects. Probably never dreamed of such a thing. No insect nightmare was ever produced in the labyrinths of my subconscious. Well, probably. I can't be sure, of course.
Dreams with insects are always adventures. Travels. Fantastic journeys to strange, colorful worlds, that aren't always far away. Quite often, I dream that my yard and neighborhood became some kind of tropical jungle.
Sometimes I'm wandering through the caves deep in the dreamland, and insects are glowing in the dark.
But all this has little to do with this post. I imagined the GIFs presented here ...

The concept is kinda silly 馃檪 but it was fun to create the mini animations.
