Today's catch was pretty good. A couple of trouts which after the hole work we enjoyed them well cocked on the barbecue.
The trout is one of the most popular types of fishes used in the kitchen, especially here in Romania. Fried on the barbecue, or backed in the oven on a blanket of vegetables the trout can be a delicious specialty classically blended with a garlic souse. I strongly recommend it.
