because its too slow in my opinion and my quads were too sour. I have to run another 21km after a 90km bike ride. But I still have 2 months to get ready. Will work ;-)

The rain is not the problem. The thing is that I did not really got better in the last month. But next week I will run a halfmarathon; then I will see if I got better or not :D

That really sucks... What did you do after the incident? Quittet riding and changed to something else? I dont know what I would do if I were in that situation. Keep going and hustling, but what exactly...
