Yesterday evening just baked another cake š„°
Cheesecake with cookie base Beat egg yolks, vanilla and salt with the sugar to cream, add pudding powder, stir again until creamy and then mix in the dairy products. Beat egg whites and lightly fold into you the mixture. Then pour half into the mold, berries on top and the rest of the batter on top. Lightly tap the pan and let it stand for 8 minutes to let the air escape. In the time top/bottom heat with 185 degrees turn on the oven and preheat. Put the cake in and bake for 75-80 min. Finally let it cool down and put it in the fridge for at least 5 hours. Crumble 130 gr. butter cookies and mix with 70 gr. liquid butter. Pour into a well greased pan and press lightly. I bake extra with low temperature, so that the cake is nice and fluffy.
