Greetings my fellow Splinterlandians. How’s everyone’s’ weekend coming along? Was another crazy Friday at work and just looking to chill a little on the weekend if possible. Didn’t get up to much SPL side of things, but I did watch Bulldog’s video on Soulkeep, the Tower Defense game which I believe you can stake SPL cards onto. Haven’t really followed the development of it, so not sure if that’s happening. I do like Tower Defense games, and Soulkeep looks alright, nothing too flashy in the Beta, but it’s still very early developments for the game and there is meant to be RNG and battlesets style scenarios that would make every stage different. I am a little intrigued, but not too sure if I will spend more it as yet.
I finally managed to get enough potions to open packs again on my mini, which bought the packs in the first place. Not too sure if its just bias, but I feel I have better luck opening packs on my mini. Or it could just be that I do open more packs on my mini, so the chances of landing better cards are higher. But I do need to scrap together some DEC to buy potions as I am out on both accounts….
The pack opening start with 2 Legendaries to flip. I have been lucky the last few openings with some Legendaries to flip at the end, and I am trying not to take it for grant that it’s a given. The Commons were a mighty good start with some decent amount of Neutrals and 9 GFs! I got 4 Rare Summoners and a GF Rare as well. 6 Epics followed with one of them being a GF Grund! GFs are dropping like flies. Still haven’t been able to get the grand slam of GFs in all rarities thus far, maybe my mini’s luck is indeed better! The Scorch Fiend was the first to pop up, no GF here. The next shaker was going for a bit and it’s a Quix! I thought I saw a hint of gold start to come out, but I guess it was just my tired eyes…. Legendary Summoner is a great way to end a opening which gave me 11 GFs too! Definitely a good opening!
Only 1 card came up tops this time round and it’s a card I really like too. It’s the Stitch Leech showing up 6 times! Great card at the higher leagues with its Life Leech ability. And we got ourselves a winner in 
Hope I managed to scrap some DEC together or I might have to sell some cards or take a hiatus from opening. Both options I dislike. At least I have the Sunday to figure it out. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
