I'd bought a bag of asorted Jolly Ranchers for my sigother who enjoys them. They promptly ate all of the watermelon ones and a few others. As I pondered the fate of the others, she suggested infusing vodka. I do that all the time with fresh fruits, so why not give it a go?
I grabbed a half liter bottle, put in eight Apple flavored candies, and filled with vodka. After daily shakes for a week while storing in a cool, dark place, out came a perfectly balanced delight that fit right into a playful night with sista soul.
