Fresh Herbs From The Garden!
Every few weeks, with my herbs growing, I cut them, and bundle, then I dry them. Usually after a few days, I will run them in my dehydrator, if I do not use them for cooking.
L to R:Rainbow Mix Chard, Basil (top), Oregano, Greek Oregano

Above top: Little Gem Butterhead Lettuce, bottom: Red Romaine Lettuce
Below the Teensiest, Tiniest, Brussels, Sprouting! Should be a good bunch for fall.

Above I wasn't going to but, I ended up picking a few more White Sweet Cherry Tomato, a single bell sweet pepper, and 1 Sweetie Cherry tomato
Below Rainbow Mix Chard. You can really see the idfferent varieties in this Rainbow Chard mix of seeds. Some red spines, some yellow leaf, some red leaf some deep green. Any ideas for the meals to make with Chard?

Finally! It's been driving me crazy, all this heat, but at least today is a slightly cooler day. Still, watering once in morning and again at night!
Tell me your favorite recipes for fresh herbs!
