Hello, pandemic survivors !

Today I would like to share with you some drawings I made since the pandemic started.

I panicked at first and what better way to cope with anxiety than to make fun of the situation ?

My first drawings were in black and white to reflect the darkness and fear around me:

I made these drawings at work because I had a lot of free time. I wasn't relaxed at all. I was working in the travel industry for an an aviation services company. Since lots of flights were getting cancelled, there was not much work to do. I eventually got fired, then rehired :D

I got used to the situation after a while and started noticing some advantages. The streets were so quiet, everything was more peaceful. I wasn't going out much anyway.

I started using colors again and kept making fun of the virus in a more playful way.

Then I got more relaxed and more creative.

I got used pretty well with the new life.
The virus has no interest to kill people after all.

I was aware that it could be deadly though but death is inevitable and I am fascinated by morbidity. Death is threatening and scary but it is also as beautiful as life.
