Hate. It one of the major reasons why it caused a lot of problems in this world. Has anyone solved yet? No one. Change begins with every one of us. How we experience our lives and how we treat our neighbors. Change is opening our eyes to chances to do great. It is found inside observing our disparities with others as an opportunity to do good.
Let's start with loving ourselves. Appreciating ourselves no matter what and loving others in general. Let us see the goodness of people as we see ours. Give ourselves a chance to be able to forgive as well. Listen and pay attention to what's going on. Cast kindness in our own homes, on the streets, where ever we are in the world. Let's help others who are different from us, looking for chances to cast kindness out into our world that desperately needs it.
