The only thing that makes us live with other people without finding any difficulty is that we have different thinking.
The most reason of divorcing is that two people have one way of thinking.
Social contract build on what?
When people decide to live together, they sign an agreement that they should respect differences. However, some times they can find themselves in a crossing over problem. Here the diversity (different methods of thinking) mediate the situation(dispute) by suggestions that come from loopholes which can be found within social contract.
