Our body is made up of many systems. There is much we have to learn in order to care for our bodies. Many people are unaware how to care for their bodies. We are raised creating much harm to the different systems that operate the human body.

A cell is the smallest living part of a person’s body. All of our body parts are made of tissues. Organs in our body form body systems. A body system is a group of organs that work together to do a certain job.
We have a circulatory system, respiratory system, muscle and cardiovascular system, nervous system to name a few skeletal system, skin and digestive system.

Digestive System

Energy is what the cells within our bodies need in order to function properly.

Digestion is the process of changing food in your body.

Fiber is good for the digestive system. Fiber helps prevent certain cancers. Fiber is good for your heart. Eat foods that contain fiber and chew your food well. Take small bites of food ad exercise regularly.

Respiratory System

Our body cells would die within minutes if our bodies had no oxygen.

Respiration is the exchange of gases within the body.

Our body gets oxygen through our lungs and then through the circulatory system. Stay away from second-hand smoke and do not smoke yourself. Exercise regularly.

Circulatory System

The heart is a muscle that pumps blood. It is the main organ of circulation.

Circulation is the transport of blood throughout the body.

Blood vessels and the heart makes up our circulatory system. Arteries, capillaries and veins are the three kinds of blood vessels we have. Arteries carry blood away from our heart. Arteries also carry oxygen and digested food to cells in our body. Capillaries are small blood vessels that connect our arteries and veins. Veins return blood back to the heart.

Nervous System

Neurons are an important part of the human body. Our body contains millions of neurons.

Neurons are nerve cells that help control body activities.

What is made of neurons found within our skull? The brain. The brain has billions of neurons. Our spinal cord is neurons. These neurons also use our sense organs. Protect your senses by not using drugs, alcohol or smoking. Get plenty of rest and eat healthy foods. Exercise regularly.

Skin

The largest organ the human body has is the skin. The skin help protect is from germs and the temperature of the body. Help protect your skin by wearing sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF) of 15 or better. Keep your skin clean.

Muscular System

Muscles are tissues within your body that helps it move. Some muscles are voluntary others are involuntary. An example of an involuntary muscle is your heart. Muscles in your stomach are also involuntary. Exercise regularly, eat healthy foods, and do stretching exercises.

Skeletal System

What can we do to keep our bones strong? They get weaker as we age. Our muscles are attached to our bones. Our bones protect a lot of organs inside our body. Our long bones contains blood cells inside them. Exercise allow your bones to grow thicker. This is good for your health. A healthy diet can also keep your bones strong. Eat green leafy vegetables and healthy foods that contain calcium, Vitamin D and phosphorus. Wear comfortable shoes and exercise regularly.

I want to say we have a spiritual system also and the main thing we can do on top of living healthy is exercise regularly.
