As I walked through this area in which I once referred to as a concrete jungle I wondered what barriers were made. A lot of people have made several steps to do something powerful for their environment. As I walked several yards towards my destination several juveniles were exchanging money shooting craps while the others played basketball, rode their bikes through the park; still innocents youths. This area is a beautiful area in a vibrant city. This would be considered a safe space for people to come in the community and do something constructive with there kids and lives. There is a recreation center on this land where I walk. There is a baseball field, football field (stadium), outside swimming pool and a walking path. The land belong to the government and it is a place that is cared for by the city. I thought and I walked.
