Another day at Conquest Comics…another badass Funko Pop collection walks through our door. I had the day off yesterday, but my business partner informed me that a customer popped in to unload a small but tasty pile of Vinyl Gold. This collection while small, contained a large chunk of Horror related pieces. Horror toys sell like hotcakes here, so we are always thrilled to get affordable restock in.
The cost??? $250 bucks for 50 pieces which breaks down to just $5 bucks a Pop!!! Several of the pieces (Yummy Mummy, Blue Glow Wolfman, & Judge Dredd) ended up in our fancy Funko showcases as they fetch a heftier sum. Yummy Mummy is bringing in almost $200 bucks alone!!! But there are plenty of other winners as well.
All in all, we needed 33 of the 50 on the sales floor. Lots of $40-$50 dollar pieces littered the lot while even the basics will sell at $13 each. As I type this, I already sold the Kool-Aid Man & Grinch pieces at $16 & $13…so we are well on our way. In the end once all 50 are sucked back into collections, I fully expect to bring in $1200 bucks plus!!!
