Hello there fellow marijuana users not sure if everyone is aware that the Michigan court of appeals voted 3-0 to allow people on probation with a medical card to use medical marijuana. It was passed back in feb. of this year. Who knew ??? seems like the decision was kept pretty hush hush to me. Neither judges or probation officers can over rule the medical law we voted in to effect in 2008 with 63 % of votes being yes. Its been 12 long years of our court system throwing legally licensed pot users into jail for using there medicine. The most annoying part of it all to me is the fact that many of these cases were not even substance or drug cases... So finally the 243,372 Michigan licensed smokers can continue there treatment irregardless of some judge with a god complex overriding law we voted into effect. Its about time.. I just feel sorry for the millions of people subjected to jail time just because the took a medicine they had a perscription to use
