Hi, my name is Diego. I am from Brazil and I am 36 years old.
I start to practice this art this year because I was with high levels of cholesterol, sedentary lifestyle. Another point that motivates me to start Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was my two daughters. I really want to be an example for my Marias.. (Maria Eduarda and Maria Antônia).
