Violence is the decay of the social structure, and virtuous acts are the healing of the social structure. What is the growth of the social structure? What is the effect of vice on the social structure? Are we contracted to eliminate what we know to be “true behavior” in humans? The actions we mistakenly fall into, or the inevitability of sin, worry me; the state will capitalize on our inability to function in a social structure by inventing the idea of a social structure. This idea has power, but an arbitrary power, that of an illusion. We see the past, present, and future through a lens of actions and reactions, but when we feel guilt at every action, because that is what happens in a virtuous ever-perfection-targeting mind, we realize that the emotional weight that the social structure deploys upon us is harmful and should be destroyed in a bonfire— a bonfire we all helped build, one we can tell stories around.
