Sometimes I feel like I'm a sniperist! You may be wondering why as a sniperist?! You know, sneaking up to my target, it involves crawling, walking four-footed (later you feel very good that your knees are hurting you badly), constantly making sure that the sun is never behind my back because the shadow of my body would scare off a potential target.
I slowly move as other insects buzzing around my head and bother me. Somehow I manage to get close to the target, slowly point the optics and start focusing and just when I'm ready to take a shots, the butterfly for some unknown reason fly somewhere else! Damn!!! Ok. let's try again.
In most other cases, all this has been mentioned before is not necessary, mostly you just come and take a shot without any problems.
Today I photographed foreplay of butterflies before mating. This whole ritual is equally interesting and funny. At first glance, it seems as though butterflies are chasing each other across the meadow, all of which are irresistibly reminiscent of young children's games.
They stay in one place for a very short time and in the next moment they are 5-6 meters away on some wild flowers. It is quite tiring to follow them for more than 15 minutes. After only one hour of time in that butterfly game, I return home quite tired, but still very pleased because I managed to take some photos. :)
