Just when I decided to go outside rain began to fall. S**t!, I said almost loudly. Next 10 minutes I was standing beside entrance door and watched towards garden.
I covered my camera with waterproof jacket just to protect it, then I said to myself: hey dumb, you are not a sugar cube, you wont melt down on spring rain, so move your lazy ass and go in walk as you meant to do.
Meanwhile as I walked along the canal, rain stop to fall, but I could not go into tall grass, it was soaked with water. Basically I didn't can go anywhere, so I made semicircle of 180° and return to home.
While I was walked home, in my mind I imagined my self as hunter how turning back home without any prey, tonight there will not be food on the table! Ok. I'm not a typical hunter, but point is same, I going back home without any photos. Really disappointing!
As I Walk trough front yard, bright orange color attracted my attention. It was a pot marigold flowers (Lat. Calendula officinalis). I always loved this flower because of beautiful color and as well as because of meaning of it's name in my native language, we call it "Neven". Meaning in literally translation is something that never fades (or wither).
I made a lot photos of marigolds. Each flowers petals was all covered with droplets of rain creating an extraordinary sight. It would be great if the sun appeared at least for a moment, because the light was very bad.
