The previous night began to rain, it is good because the land desperately needs water for many reasons. The rain stopped falling around this afternoon, but it started blowing quite strong winds.
I didn't want to miss the opportunity to go into my regular photo hunt, because this day will never happen again. I knew that I can not expect to see anything interesting, but soon I was very pleasantly surprised.
A part of the 20-meter-long canal was fully protected from the influence of strong wind, a so-called pocket where almost no wind could be felt. I found a butterfly there in a careless and peaceful place on a plant. It was a butterfly called the Dingy skipper belonging to the Hesperiidae family.
Usually it can be seen in the meadows and next to the forests. It belongs to a group of small butterflies, but this does not diminish the beauty of this little one.
