Welcome! In this post, we explore Google AI Studio. For a long time now, I've believed that leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a must in today's age. Otherwise, one risks being left in the dust. While I believe the quality of life will improve for all, the divide between the rich and poor could expand significantly, making it even more challenging to move up the social ladder (financially, at least).

Recently, I have been going all out with AI, and I must say, although there is still a ways to go, its current capabilities are very impressive and useful.

Google AI Studio is a collaborative work environment where you can develop projects alongside AI.

It is free to use; however, you can unlock more functionality with a subscription. There can be other associated costs if one wants to host an app or site or include the API so that their site or app can utilize these Google AI features.

There is a whole lot you can do with AI Studio. One really neat feature is the ability to have a live conversation with the AI and even share your screen with it. There's much more, like great text-to-speech capabilities and beyond.

For this post, I asked AI Studio to make an interactive website with AI features explaining itself... What, you thought we wouldn't get meta in here? 🤣

My prompt was:

make an interactive website that explains how google ai studio works and provide some things they can try within the site

From this prompt, it put together the website you see below (note: it is not quite a real website, but the code is all there and can be turned into a fully self-hosted website).

Well, it is not perfect and has some bugs. For example, the prompt box's grey color makes the text input invisible. These are all things you can ask the AI to change and fix or to add features.
