Child Labour is one of big crime and sometimes they have to face the worst situation. sometimes I think what happens to a government that they cant able to justify that which is child labour and which is not. I want to share a real experience that I read.
there is one poor boy who is very young like 12 or 14 years old and working on tea stall. he is doing work because of money and not going to school because not able to go because not money and he was doing his work good because need money for food to eat. in that work he got less money but at least he can somehow use for daily things and one day the police came at that place and arrested that owner of a stall which is also poor by money and told him to not keep young child for work as it is crime. that child became workless and finding work again later.
the problem here is we all know its crime to keep a child for work who are under working age but that child has no option too because somehow he needs money to live. if that police have a problem then why not take responsibility for that child and why not give them what that child deserves at that age. the government has to support that child if its crime as he has no other option as he is not financially strong. they only know its crime but what happens after he has not any source of money left. lets took now other kinds of child labor.
as we all see in TVserilans and Movie there is also child work and they got paid too so why the government has not a problem with them. maybe because they are financially strong or maybe they work in rest time after study. some of them just doing for fun and they like this kind of enjoyment too. if child labor is a crime then it should be for all. not have to keep a difference between rich and poor people. this kind of child labour is done in open as everyone can see but they have not a problem with it and while poor people doing work and not study because they are not able to pay fees then they have an issue with it but not arrange good service for them or take responsibility of study for them.
just want to tell that child labour is a crime and we do not have to do that but it applies to all people but not only for few. I also know all child deserve study too but some those who unfortunately not affordable have to work to live a routine life because of no other option.
