Greetings to you all on this beautiful day in this great community, I hope you are all doing great, it is nice to be here in this community today to share with you this beautiful creativity just as promised in my last post that I will be sharing beautiful craft with you all from my sewing room from the left over pieces of fabric I have, unfortunately I couldn't make it to post on the #needlworkmonday yesterday but today I will be sharing this creative design of this fabric beverage insulator a made in less than 20min.
This beverage insulator comes in different designs just to protect your hands from the condensation from a can or bottle either hot or cold and just because I have thought of reducing the pieces of left over fabrics I have, I decided to make useful items from them and be creative, this is one of those items I have made, I'm sure you will like the beautiful outcome and how useful this can be
In my sewing room, every piece of fabric is useful to the last piece, join me in the cutting and sewing process below
I picked up a piece from the pieces of fabric I have then I measured and cut out 5x111" with interfacing iron on it
The and piece was placed on another piece of fabric to cut out same shape and was ironed as well
I placed the two fabrics together and it was taken to the sewing machine to be sewn round leaving an opening by the side where i can be turned inside out to the right side
It was sewn round and after which it was turned to the right side through the opening I left by the side and it was neatly ironed
It was taken to the sewing machine where it was top stitched round
With my hand needle and thread, I fixed pressing button on the main fabric and on the other side as well to secure and hold it firm around the cup or bottle
This is the final outcome of the beverage insulator made from pieces of fabric used to wrapped my bottle and i was held together with the pressing button
I hope you like the beautiful creative outcome of item I made from my fabric scraps. Join me in my next post as I will be sharing with you beautiful creativity and craft from my sewing room.
