It is so nice to be here today in this great community to share with you te making this adorable fabric flower made from the combination of two colors of fabric.
Christmas is drawing very close and we ae preparing for the season when we will all be busy sewing different beautiful outcome for our love ones and clients, there are so many ways we can make those outfit look nice, beautiful and unique. I figured out with a little touch of some simple crafts like this, it can help even a simple outfit to look elegant. Now that we are few months away from Christmas, decided to start making those simple flowers and other crafts to be set aside for use when the time finally comes for it to be put to good use.
I use the combination of two colors of fabric to make this fabric flower which ca be used as applique or accessory to compliment an outfit or as decoration on the wall, table and any other desired place.

I cut out 3 pieces of fabric each from two colors of fabric measuring 5 x 5 inches
I placed each piece of fabric on the other and it was sewn together round
I folded each piece diagonally and it was cut into two
Each side of the triangle shape was turned to the right side and ironed neatly before it was Folded in on both sides and secured with a pin
The same process was repeated on all the other pieces and was set aside
I used my hand needle and thread to run a long stitch on all the pieces, it was gathered together and tightly secured at the end
Finally, I used my B-6000 gum to fix sliver applique at the center to cover the rough part at the middle and to give it a beautiful outcome.
