5 years ago, we would never have seen these names Derrick Rose and Dwayne Wade being traded out of Cleveland. But age eventually catches up with all of us, and they are both shells of their former selves. When I was watching Houston vs Cleveland, during the blowout, one announcer said they should gut the roster, and trade the old guys. That is exactly what happened, and they will be a way better team. The younger guys will be hungrier, and give them the effort they need.
Even with all the moves, I don't think it is enough. They have not addressed what I think is their biggest problem.
