Good morning guys. I haven't post anything yesterday because of kind of busu but today I'm gonna share to you the place where we've made lunch yesterday. The place is called walog. Walog when translated to english is valley. They call the place walog becuase the place is located exactly at the center of the valley.
There food is very cheap and delicious and that the reason why people stop by and the the location of the place is also very uniqie.
This are some of the foods that we ordered by the way.
Garlic Butter Shrimp is a quick and simple recipe to prepare. This recipe demonstrates how to prepare this popular Filipino cuisine.I'm pleased with how it turned out.The meal is savory and rich.It went well with freshly cooked white rice.
Tinolang Isda, or Fish in Ginger Broth, is a Filipino transparent soup dish in which fish like tuna is cooked in a broth made with ginger, lemongrass, and other vegetables. It's a simple dish that the whole family can enjoy at dinner time.
Grilled milkfish, or inihaw na Bangus, is a refreshing dish to prepare throughout the summer.I prefer it roasted over charcoal because it adds a lovely smoky flavor to the fish.
Fried chicken is usually a hit during the holidays and on any other day of the year.Crispy fried chicken, on the other hand, is even better since the outside is crispy to the point of crunch in every mouthful, while the inside is juicy and flavorful.
Calamari is one of the most simple and quick appetizers to make.Every time we order calamari in a restaurant, I'm amazed at how quickly the servers return to us with the order already in hand - still hot and crispy on the exterior, yet soft on the inside. That, in my opinion, is how a perfect calamari should be.
In the Philippines, halo halo is a popular dessert. It's made out of a variety of ingredients blended together, as well as shaved ice and evaporated milk.
