Hi guys. Just this afternoon my friends and I cook this kinda filipino delicacy.
It's called banana que.
Here are some pictures I took while in the process of cooking. I hope you guys like it.
We just put brown sugar on the boiling oil and then put the banana and slow cook it until the sugar will serve as the coating of the banana.
