We had this for lunch today. It was given to us by our relatives that is celebrating her birthday. Banana meat is not that common us a Filipino delicacy because it is kinda hard to prepare. It was too tasty that i ate almost four pieces. That sweetness of the banana and the tasty meat inside it complements perfectly. It is perfect if you dip it in a ketchup.
