Diesel Cafe will soon be introducing some fancy Gin & Tonic Cocktails & Mixers and we had a trial of 3 different GnT last Saturday.
The Gin used was Greater Than Indian Gin which is a London Dry Gin and Tonic Water From Svami.
So the first one is a home made spice syrup infused gin topped with a star anise
The next one is a Jasmine Tea Infused Gin with a dash of Tonic Water
And the last one is a Cucumber Basil Juice Infused Gin with a dash of Tonic Water.
Got quite high trying out these lovely cocktails 馃槀
