Here's my list of Epic Burgers i've had so far in India, In this post you have Burgers all the way from Mumbai, Goa, Mangalore & Bangalore that i've tried during my food escapades.
First up we have The Black Bean & Cottage Cheese Burger from Toit Brewery in Bangalore. Now this is something i'd classify as one of the best vegetarian burgers i've had so far. The combination of flavours were just insane. It's slightly pricy but i'd definitely go for seconds.
Next up is The No Bun Zinger Burger from Knight Street Resto Cafe in Mangalore, Their burgers can get quite messy at times but trust me they are heavenly. Their No Bun Zinger Burger is an absolute favorite so far. Select amount of fresh veggies and a massive dollop of in house sauces and a layer of cheese sandwiched between 2 perfect broasted tender chicken breasts. Drooling Much ?
Paris Delice Burger from Burger Seigneur ah now this place is super popular for their amazing mouth watering burgers. They are priced slightly high but once you have a bite you'll surely be going for seconds. This beef burger just literally melts in your mouth ughhh. Felt I was being spoilt in heaven LOL.
7" Jaw Breaker from Jimis Burger in Mumbai has Quadruple Grilled Patties + Quadruple Chicken Salami + Quadruple Cheese + Bacon + Fried Egg = A Soul Satisfying Foodgasm, The patties were really tender and really well cooked and they were quite flavourful and oh that burger bun was just perfect, Had to disect and have this one because well 7" is biggg 😂
Hot Garlic Chicken Burger from Smally's Resto Cafe outlet in Zomaland Festival in Bangalore. Kudos to them for having an amazing burger bun.The patty has a nice crispy exterior with a really tender center. The texture and finish of the bun was magnificent!!
Mexican Burger from Hole In The Wall Cafe in Bangalore, This burger has a really well seasoned chicken patty topped with salsa, jalapenos a really good dollop of cheese and is accompanied with really great potato chips
All American Cheese Burger from Truffles in Bangalore, You have a nice phat Lamb Patty alongside a Cheese Burst Patty. This burger is one among the best i've ever had it's that good especially the flavouring of that cheese patty. An obvious must try if you're ever in Bangalore.
Texas Burger from DRNK Lab Mangalore, You have a delicious Alfredo Pasta accompanying this burger, Lip smacking Peri Peri Fries and a mean ass burger which comes with a juicy chicken patty. This place is know for experimenting with their menu and they have some of the craziest and weirdest looking lip smacking food.
Grilled Lamb Burger from a food cart (Don't Remember The Name) in Zomaland Festival Bangalore, You have this tangy Lamb Patty grilled with some roasted peppercorns and basil bringing you an immense flavour in every single bite. This was slightly over priced though but mehh You Only Live Once!!
Hercules Chicken Burger from Baba Au Rhum in Goa, You have Chicken, Cheese, Bacon, Grilled Onions & Fried Eggs between two toasted buns and served with perfect french fries and two yummy dips, Now this is hands down the most juiciest burgers i've tried in Goa, With that perfect melt in your mouth consistency this here is a definite must try.
Desi Fatty Burger from Olive Street Food Cafe in Mangalore, An extremely juicy burger With a nice piece of decent chicken patty some fresh produce and a good deal of cheese, The Desi Fatty Burger has my heart forever and is totally worth the unbelievable price. This is the most budget friendly place you can go to pig out.
Sloppy Chicken Burger from Knock Knock Burgers in Mangalore, Well it was a pain to eat it because it was a total mess but that what sloppy burgers are. This cloud kitchen serves a mean meaty sloppy burger everyone must try.
Crispy Chicken Burger from Ice Magic in Mangalore, Ughh that crispy chicken was DIVINE, I'd order this one just for thatcrispy chicken.
Signature Lamb Burger from Lakeview Milk Bar in Bangalore, Minced Lamb Burgers when marinated and cooked mindfully, are guilty bliss. No two ways about it. The curried mince here was deep in meaty flavour, Medium-Heavy on masala and just perfect to me.
Grilled Cottage Cheese & BBQ Chicken Burger from Belly G Resto Cafe in Mangalore, Grilled Paneer Burger another favourite veg burger of mine with really good flavors. It's really juicy and flavourful and the slice of paneer used is really generous, You also get a good quantity of fries along with it.
Their BBQ Chicken Burger was quite delicious as well. The chicken patty was cooked to perfection and is served with fries on the side.
XXX Burger from Burger Lounge in Mangalore, 3 juicy thick tender patties in one burger what more could one ask for am I right ? The best part about their burgers is that the patties are in house and they aren't like your regular store brought frozen patty. The seasoning of the burger were just right and if you were to separate the patty from the bun you can notice for yourself how tender and juicy their patties are.
