We had two sword pepper plants at home for around two months already. At first, hubby just consume the sword pepper by adding it to the food we prepare until we got more ripe sword pepper. We can consume all of them so I told them my husband what if we will make our own Chili garlic oil. He agreed to my idea. He was the one who prepared and cook the chili garlic oil.

Hubby blended the garlic and sword pepper using our blender at home then he added the cooking oil. Then he started cooking it on low heat and stir it gradually until it was cooked.
It will take time to cook it if you will cook around half or 1 kilo of pepper. Since hubby only cooks a few peppers it only needs a few minutes to cook it.

For now, we still have more sword pepper waiting for it to be ripe and ready to make chili garlic oil again.

A lot of us I guess love spicy foods or spicy sauces. Chili garlic oil is perfect for fried foods. Chili garlic oil is more common for Siomai. I guess a lot of here love siomai as I do.

This is how healthy our sword pepper plant is now, it grows healthier after hubby transfers it from the pot to the ground and he continues giving nutrients to it so it will produce more sword pepper.

That's all for today's blog. I hope you enjoyed reading it. Thank you for taking the time to read it. God bless us all.
