Meet up with my brother in law and a friend from Durham NC to have some grown man smoking at the cigar lounge. I got one of my favorite by La Gloria Cubana, my brother in law got a Monte Cristo and Dwight got a Oliva Habano.
This has been a wonderful long weekend of fun and chilling with family. I hope everyone has had a great of time as I had this holiday weekend.
Now that I have restocked my cigar humidors, drank my fill of adult beverages and ate some really good food, it is time to whine down and prepare to go back to work this week.
I am feeling very blessed and appreciative of the great life that I am living. My remodel of kitchen is done, my twin daughters have just started their junior year of high school and narrowing down choices of a carrier path, my two sons that are both in the Army are well and my wife and I are looking forward to traveling more now that things are in order versus the hard times we had financially earlier in our marriage and dealing with unfortunate events in our lives like job lay offs and other things.........
Never give up.......keep focused........ always adapt to change.
This has kept us sane, it was hard, but we made it work.
Trouble doesn't last always.
