PTSD mornings are horrible, I like to think Im immune to feeling anything now that nothing can bother me but it has such a powerful effect it transports you back in time to being that scared that nobody was going to help. You can feel, smell and perceive every detail as if its still happening currently, its the panic of it clear vivid memories of not being able to breathe .The just struggling to breathe is the worst, waking up disoriented , gasping for breath and shaking violently, throwing up. Can take a while to compose yourself and get back control over the bodies adrenaline response. Exausted and broken before the day even begins but you must push it down, put on your game face and try to continue otherwise they are still winning if they can still effect you. So happy I booked into the Spa later, think I need it.
