I did mention in my last post about how my season is going on, It was really hard to play these days but I think God did notice that I was losing a lot. I won around 12 battles in a row and I did climb up soon in a few minutes. It was a surprise more me too, it was not an easy battle at all most of the components were of the same level as I was but it was fun.

For the past few seasons, I was not able to post for Splinterlands weekly battle, the reason is simple I was unable to get the battle ruleset and even if I did get that one I did lose that one. This time I was a bit lucky I guess. So, let's talk about the battle without wasting more time. 😅
So the ruleset was, Holy Protection(All units gain the Divine Shield ability which reduces the damage of the first attack received to 0. Divine Shield will be re-applied when a unit is Resurrected. Blast damage will remove Divine Shield.). It is really good to have a shield it can get you the benefit of one attack the first time, many users do use this strategy a lot and this is very effective too that is like a game changer.
The mana cap was only 14, I was a bit afraid to see that. but when I saw I can use a water summoner then I took a breath of relief. We both have used Alric Stormbringer and guess what we did have the same level of summoners. It was fun I was a bit scared at the start but as the battle began I did get the idea that I do have an advantage in the battle 🙂 and I can win this battle.

I usually use Djinn Oshannus whenever I did get a water element but this time I chose Sea Monsterthis time it was a good chose of mine and that is the main reason why I won this battle if I have used the Djinn Oshannus, then the results would be different for sure don't you think. Sometimes we should try things differently than we usually do regularly it is sure gonna have different results sometimes it can't be in our favor but it is gonna teach us something for sure.
The first card on my line was Furiosu Chicken, which is very useful to waste the attack of the opponent if you do have a level 3 card then it can attack also. one health, one melee acttck, and one speed, and yes Holy Protection. so basically it is gonna protect the team from two attacks which can be a game changer for sure don't you think? If you do have space left then using 0 mana cards is really worth it. that is not gonna cost you anything but it can be a game changer for sure. The opponent did use the Furiosu Chicken but it was in the last of his line up which was not a good move but it was good for me though.
The second card on my lineup was, Sea Monster. This does have a 9 health, 3 speed, and 5 melee attack. The Heal (Restores a portion of the Monster's health each round) ability make this card a monster in low mana battles this can be very helpful because you can see clearly in the battle how I won the game based on the card's ability. The heal ability of this card was the game changer in the battle, although the opponent did have a tank heal (restores a portion of the Monster in the first position's health each round) but it was not that much to defeat two cards at the same time.
I third on my lineup was Creeping Ooze, this card does have a health of 2, one speed, and one melee acttck. The slow (Reduces the Speed of all enemy Monsters) ability is a good thing for sure, by this ability you can reduce the opponent's speed by one. The speed does matter a lot in any battle. I took this card intentionally to reduce the speed and it did work great for me in the battle and that is really a good thing.
The last or you can say 4th card on the lineup was Ice Pixe. The does have only one health, 3 speed, and 1 magic attack. The card does have a flying (Has an increased chance of evading Melee or Ranged attacks from Monsters who do not have the Flying ability) ability which is good in battle the attacks can be missed. I used this card in the last because if the opponent doesn't use any Sneak ability cards then it is gonna be a problem for me. But I was lucky that the opponent has no sneak ability cards.

as you can see I did lose only one card which was Furiosu Chicken and the rest of my cards were safe and in good health 😅what do you think?
