Hello friends good to be here again, I am trying to push myself as much i can. But still sometimes we are not able to do it , it doesn't matter how hard we try. Sometimes things don't work as we plan, but it doesn't matter. If you have to do something just make up your mind. I am not trying to focus on my health so I am planning a lot for that. These are my stats of this week, it was not that much as compared to the last week. But the good things is i was able to consistent that matter at the end. A few days the apps was not working properly that's why it was not showing that much steps but I did walk that day too.
I am also planning to buy a watch what will help me to count my steps more accurately, i think so.
