Hello!!!
It yet another beautiful week with a great topic and I'm so happy to be part of this.
I have been on this platform for quite some months now, and honestly at first I was very serious but suddenly I stopped posting for almost some weeks. This particular friend was the one that helped me understand the importance of been consistent even when I don't feel like.
We got to know to each other on foodies bee hive, she posted a particular meal she made, I loved it and commented on it asking her if she wouldn't mind teaching me personally and she a happily agreed. The comment was a joke but then she took it serious and asked me the second day of i would still love to learn it and I shamefully said yes because I guess she didn't quite get the fact that the comment I made was just a joke.
Immediately gave her a follow after the little chat and she followed me back, and that was the last time we talked or comments on each other post. After that I posted about twice and stopped posting for a while.
One evening I saw a notification on ecency from her, I was quite surprised that I got a notification because I haven't posted for long, opened it and I saw a comment she made under my post and also tagging me and asking me why I haven't posted and if I was really okay. Honestly I was surprised someone noticed me and also cares about me.
Immediately I replied back appreciating her, and also telling her I my reasons for not always posting, told her I don't have any enthusiasm to post. She asked if we could talk on discord and i agreed. We continued our discussion on discord and she gave me reasons while I shouldnt stop just because things didnt work as I expected.
She encourage me and I promised her I would always post no matter what, after that we discussed about our other aspects of life, I later found out she is a makeup artist and i told her I'm new into photography and i would love to be big on it.
What really Swept me off my feets was the fact that she would always send me a link of any photography contest. This really impressed me and made me appreciate her the more. She came with a good vibes.
I personally might not entirely do it for anyone but she made it look so easy. My Little growth on hive is all thanks to her, funny enough she was the person that told me about hive learner community.
