Hello there, black-and-white photography lovers
The sign reads: "I'm ancient but I'm still standing."
I wanted to show the other side of the places nearby Casa Ramos Sucre. On Tuesday, I went there for an activity related to the International Day of Poetry. There was an improvised reading of poems and some music. Before that started, I sneaked away and went around looking for some photos to show you. I say the other side because I showed you part of these places already, so let's get to it.
The eagerness to go and explore has always been on my core. That's why I used to escale my classroom when I was in kindergarten. It was a funny experience.
To the side of the church we find this tree. It's the same that has the sign. There's also a familiar emblem. The Order of Carmelitas. I don't know if this place was owned by the sisters. But I know the crest because I studied in a Catholic school of the order. It looks like they keep the place tidy. Contrary to last time, the church was open and there were people inside. I might try to get some photos of the glasswork in there sometime in the future.
And back again in the alley of photos, I found some interesting doors and flowers. There was also a cat taking a nap on a windowsill. It wasn't very happy to see me around. There was this other mysterious door that hot me the idea of the hand photo. Just a bit of proof of human since I seldom have photos of my own around here.
There's lots of places to show around town and they will look amazing in black and white.

El Otro Lado
¡Buen día, amantes de la fotografía en blanco y negro!
"¡Un letrero muy cómico!"
Quería mostrarles el otro lado de los lugares aledaños a la Casa Ramos Sucre. El martes, tuve la oportunidad de asistir a un actividad por el Día Internacional de la Poesía. Hubo una lectura improvisada de poemas y algo de música. Antes de que eso comenzara, me escapé a tomar algunas fotos de lugares que ya había fotografiado, pero desde otra perspectiva. ¡Aquí van!

Este lugar está al costado de la iglesia donde se encuentra el árbol con el letrero de arriba. Esa insignia es familiar. Es el escudo de la orden de Carmelitas. No sé si este lugar siempre ha pertenecido a las hermanas, pero reconozco el escudo porque estudié en una escuela católica de la orden. Parece que lo mantienen bien cuidado. Al contrario de la vez pasada, la iglesia estaba abierta y había personas adentro. Quizá en otra ocasión traiga algunas fotos de los vitrales de la iglesia.
Y aquí volví al callejón de las fotos. Encontré algunas flores hermosas y puertas interesantes. También había un gato tomando una siesta en el marco de una ventana. No estaba muy contento con mi presencia. También está puerta misteriosa me llamó la atención y quise tomar esta foto con mi mano alcanzado a tocarla. No suelo tomarme muchas fotos, pero está me pareció interesante.
Hay muchos más lugares alrededor del pueblo que se verían geniales en blanco y negro.
