It is literally called maruyang camote, sweetened camote. It is made up from a sliced camote and deep frying. When it done trying, set aside and in the pan, put oil a d brown sugar powder and let it be until it melts with the oil then add the fried camote in the frying pan. People usually made like this for bananas too. Today, I'm cooking it for us and we are satisfied the perfect taste. It must be done with good timing to avoid burning it.
