I love cooking chicken curry. I wonder how curry got to the Philippines but I am glad we have it as a spice here. I think curries are widely used in another asian country India. In the Philippines we love cooking curry dishes with coconut milk. It makes the sauce so rich and sweet, the curry then gives it the aroma, the spiciness, and that green and yellow color which gives that inviting look. With this dish, I added chunks of carrots and potatoes to make it even more attractive. The best part of this dish is the sauce, it tastes like oh-la-la, I could put it over the rice and that's all I need. I can finish 2-5 cups of rice with this, I have mastered cooking this, I cook this when I am showing off my cooking skills to visitors.
