This is one of the easiest seafood dish to prepare for me. I always cook this when relatives come over. I cooked this last night. I had some family members visit us on a Friday night and I wanted them to feel special. Shrimps are no-no for my pups, however, my fishes love shrimps so much so there is always shrimps in the house. In this part of the world, shrimp is always expensive no matter what month of the year. Sometimes I wonder if this is the thing that keeps me poor. Hahaha! Enjoy your weekend!
