My gym buddy gave me a pack of some protein supplement. I am not familiar with this one as this is not like the one I often use. I'm trying to search for reviews but there's not a lot I see online. If you have any experience with this product, please let me know in the comments, I'd appreciate it. I'll try this later and probably make my own review for others' reference in the future. I hope I like it, I already love the fact that it's just a gift and I got it for free, yay!
