It's a Monday but it's a holiday here in the Philippines. It's our national heroe's day. Everyone is at home, it was nice being out earlier today buying some stuff for my pets because there was no traffic. I wish everyday is like that, no traffic. This is one of the best Mondays of this year so I made it extra special by cooking a good lunch.
I made butter and garlic chicken wings. I got the recipe online so the taste is kinda generic but I labored it with love so I think everyone will love it. I will try adding more flavor in my next attempts to make this for the fam. I want more spice in there next time and prolly top it with greens for final touches. Plating is something I want to explore in the future, like how restaurants and hotels make you drool for the appearance of the food.
